We purchased our first home from Simon 12 years ago and 12 years later, Simon did another good job, like he always has, sold our pre-loved home. Simon, I cant thank you enough for your professionalism and commitment with the sale of my house. Your help and effort getting the property ready went above and beyond my expectations. For several weeks in a row Simon spent his weekend helping me prepare the property for sale, painting, mowing and working so hard to get it right. His market knowledge was amazing and he spent a great deal of time and effort making sure I was comfortable with every thing he had suggested before we committed. We recently sold our home with Simon and could not be more pleased with the result.
